Doug has thirty years of systems planning, product development, software engineering, and field support experience with Fortune 1000 firms in Financial Services, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Process, Healthcare industries as well as State and Federal Government Institutions.

As past President of Iconix International Corporation, a flight simulation software company, Doug co-designed, managed the development, and marketed the certified off the shelf (COTS) Instructor Operator Console software for full flight simulator operations and controls.  This software is installed in simulators used by the USAF, US Navy, Northwest Airways, Simuflite International, Raytheon, and Thomson-CSF.  At IBM Doug also provided field support for Enterprise Server remote hardware and software operations, implementation, customization, and service delivery for the United States, Europe/Middle East, and Asia Pacific reporting to the Director of Product Engineering.

Doug received his Electronic Technician degree from United Electronics Institute, Des Moines, IA. and has received extensive career training from IBM Professional Education in Information Center Mgmt, Data Center Mgmt, End User Computing, Product Planning, Financial Planning, Strategic Planning, Software Engineering, Systems and Network  Network Management.
